When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

How Do I Track My Order?

What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition.

Do You Ship Internationally?

What If I Receive a Damaged Or Incorrect Item?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team at support@jupiterpremium.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
